Account deletion
How to request deletion of your Petizzy account and related personal account information.
Petizzy users may request account deletion through the app where the self-service option is available. If you cannot access the app or need help, submit a request below or email support@petizzy.com.
What to include
Please include the email address connected to your Petizzy account, your username if you know it, and any context that helps us verify the account. Petizzy may ask for additional information before processing a deletion request.
What happens after deletion
When an account is deleted, Petizzy may deactivate the account, revoke active sessions, remove push notification tokens, and scrub or anonymize personal account identifiers where technically supported.
Some records may be retained in limited or anonymized form where needed for security, abuse prevention, moderation, dispute handling, audit logs, legal compliance, or to protect other users' rights and safety.
